4 "Automa-zation" Tools to "Set It and Forget It" in 2022

"It's been a while" are words we should never hear or say to prospects.

These words indicate that our follow-up system has a missing link (or may even be non-existent). 

However, if those simple yet alarming words seem to be on repeat for you, then I have some tools that may come in handy because real estate is the industry of working smarter when you can so that you do not have to wear so many "hats". 

One way to work smarter, whether you have a team or not, is automation! No, we cannot completely automate human relationships but every year new tools come out that can help. 

In this month's video, I share some of my NEW favorite "automa-zation" (this word fusion is what I call tools that help you to automate your organization) tools that will help you to start 2022 winning. 

Here are two quick examples of the four:

* Have you heard of Revue? It can help you follow-up more effectively with your Twitter followers and really any social media or email followers based on the reason I mention in this video.

* Or, have you heard about Community? You can capture real cell phone numbers from social media followers. This is especially vital for those of us that felt like the world -- in the form of some of our important, online business connections -- was ending on Oct. 4th when there was a six-hour outage on Facebook, Instragram and Whatsapp.
