2021 Business Planning: What to Do in Our New Normal

In this harrowing and unprecedented (that's a word that we will likely retire) year, we are sadly well informed that, from a business standpoint, there have been massive layoffs. 

Yet, real estate deals have reached highs comparable to 2006 -- yes, the real estate heydays before 'The Great Recession'.

Moreover, U.S. homeowners on average are experiencing an uptick in equity combined with fairly low mortgage interest rates -- both making it a good time to buy and sell.

What does all of this mean for your real estate business as we close out 2020 and look forward to 2021?
