These scams harm our clients, deplete precious funds, add unnecessary complications to the home closing process and, ultimately, tarnish our industry.  To make matters worse, email scams attempt to cheat the brave men and women of our armed forces, or their surviving families, out of the benefits that they are due.

We need change.
