Realtor.com, the 3rd most visited real estate website according to this article by Inman News, has unveiled their upgraded complimentary mobile app that allows agents to be branded to their clients' apps.  Translation = FREE MOBILE APP!  There are some wonderful options that will amaze you since these mobile app features are "complimentary" to REALTORS(r) but unfortunately there are also some quirks that may make you eventually splurge on a custom app.  All-in-all it is a good tool that is free and easy to setup.
