How to Stop Wasting Time with the Wrong Leads

One hundred and seventy-five houses.

He showed 175 houses to only find out that the would-be buyer was not in a position to buy for another year.  My, my, my!

I hope you have never shown that many houses to a Looky-Loo (someone that is not prepared to buy for 1 to 5 years out, or longer).  But even if it is 5 homes to a Looky-Loo, that is just too many.  Why? Because every prospective client has a timeframe and we must respect and control our businesses to operate within the bounds of those timeframes.  If not, we will be very frustrated and even burned out by giving those that are not ready too much time while those that are "chomping at the bit" because they have to act fast, get driven to another agent because we just are not available.  What a quandary indeed!
