Under the Sells-Scope: RealtyBackOffice

Why Under the Sells-Scope:  As a broker, it can become quite expensive, both financially and relationally (because your staff's and agents' peace of mind counts!), to have the wrong office management software system. Yet, it can also be costly to explore new options due to the switching costs, downtime, and the staff and agent learning curve of getting acclimated to a new system. Therefore, to lessen these pitfalls, I know how important it is to have an unbiased review of the merits and weaknesses of a software program before you take the big leap to incorporate a new system and retrain your team. This is why we periodically place Under the Sells-Scope programs that claim to solve your realty business challenges to see if they actually do.


Have you ever tried a realty office management software system that was touted to be made by industry experts, who were former brokers or realty office staff in a former life (usually before the recession and today's tech)?

Alvarez, the founder of RealtyBackOffice and the Broker/Owner of Xcellence Realty.
